About me

Hi, I'm Sidney — and I believe learning a new language doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

Over the past five years, I’ve learned French and Italian to a fluent level. Along the way — through a lot of trial and error — I developed an approach that goes far beyond memorizing vocabulary or following rigid rules.

My method blends practical tools with insights from psychology and personal development, helping you not just study a language, but live it.

Whether you're starting from scratch or picking up where you left off, I’m here to guide you with clear, effective strategies that actually work in real life — no shortcuts, just a smarter way in.

If you’re serious about learning a new language and want a path that feels natural and grounded, you’re in the right place.

FAQs

What is your teaching method?

My approach to language learning blends entertainment with intentional repetition. The goal is to expose you consistently to your target language in ways that help you subconsciously absorb its structure and cultural rhythm.

Instead of adding more “study time,” I give you structure and accountability to naturally weave the language into your daily life—through things you already enjoy, like music, cooking, or watching shows.

Why trust this process?

Everything I share here comes from personal experience. I used these exact insights and practices to integrate French and Italian into my life—not through talent, but through intention and consistency.

I’m not a natural polyglot or a language genius. I created this process by trial, error, and persistence—and I know it works because I’ve lived it.

How do I get started?

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. First things first—make sure you have my free PDF Why you freeze and How to Flow that goes into depth on my method. Then, I’d recommend starting with my short course Beneath the Words. This course helps you set up the foundation for all the future learning you will do.
